Meggie and Farid from the book Inkheart (this scene is actually from Inkspell) Anyone....?
Another experiment... I think I probably left my ink in Bolivia when I moved here, so I used acrylic paint. Boy, was that a bad idea! But I liked trying my luck with watercolors again XD It's been a looong, long time!
Can I just say how happy I am that this is actually a CANON ship? One of the few I ship... Of course, there is not much to ship in that book, it's not like I could ship Meggie/Dustfinger!... Oh, wait...

Okay, I officially don't remember anything from Inkheart or Inkspell.
Drat.
But this is a really beautiful piece, I like the blue shading and the watercolorish looks of the paint.

My only accomplishment as an artist is I got fanart into Newtype USA's April 2006 issue. But hey, that's works for me.

And in their triumph die, like fire and powder,
Which as they kiss, consume.
Meggie/Dustfinger? Hemmmm
